What You Can Expect

If you have booked one of our fixed time visits we WILL arrive on time and will call you to let you know we are on the way. If you have booked a flexible time visits A.M. or P.M. We will keep you updated throughout the visit period as to what time to expect our arrival.

You can expect our engineers to be professional, polite and well presented. Before starting work they will carry out an inspection and report their findings, they will then vacuum out your system before any work begins. Once the repair has been completed to your satisfaction they will demonstrate the unit working.

The area will be left clean and tidy.
